Hey guys so going through my archives I noticed I have no posts where I discussed my health and fitness. I tend to stick to my comfort zone of fashion and beauty. As I rarely focused on my health and fitness, I thought why not start today? There's always enough time for change.

From an early age I've always been into sports. Aged 10 I had already been crowned a Silver medalist in gymnastics. I frequently practised athletics and netball in secondary school, and bloody loved it. I stopped focusing on these sports closer to my GCSE's and kind of gave up. Although I still had my killer thighs and abs.......but that was soon to change. 

When I became pregnant I would only eat organic produce and luckily my cravings were fruit and sand.....lol I know! So I did not gain any excessive weight. In fact I lost weight after the birth of my daughter. However that did not last for long. I had a short period were I would hit the gym continuously during quite a messy break up. That obviously stopped once I had recovered from my heart break as I knew I was doing it for the wrong reasons. 

My uni years only encouraged my weight anxiety and I turned to my lust for beauty to help cover my inner body issues. Thankfully my blog helped encourage my body confidence and my insight on how to keep myself nutritionally focused.

Vanity Planet "Ultimate Skin Spa System"

I recently purchased Vanity's Planet "Ultimate Skin Spa System". Much like Magnitone but for half the price.

As I had  already previously blogged my experience using Vanity's Planet Spin for Prefect Skin. Though it was only fitting I give you and update on its replacement. With a dual speed, electrical facial brush, designed for most skin types. This upgrade was essential for my oily skin care routine.

The product consists of quite a few different attachments and systems. You have the choice of three brushes, on for a desired at home spa facial experience also works well with sensitive to normal skin. The battery operated device has two speeds for topical and deeper cleanses. The system is packaged with full details on the use of all three brushes and detailed explanation on how to use the system.

The Bardot

Late night shopping on pay day is starting to become a natural hobby for me.

The Bardot is nothing new to us fashion slaves. Its simple design is the current on trend must have for SS16. Top, dresses, bodycon have all been inducted into the Bardot hall of fame. They are definitely my new "GO" to.

This rose number is from the BOOHOO Summer Collection, Where there are an array of Bardot designs available. On this particular day I was London sight seeing in the lovely borough of Richmond and just as always wanted to keep things simple, fresh and  neutral. Paired with my Adidas Superstars and my newly purchased BOOHOO oversized bag I was for this little adventure......and boy did I enjoy it!

Happy Birthday to me!!! This day as you may have already guessed was my Birthday. Surrounded by panoramic views of the Aegean sea, great wine and food and last but not least white rendered backdrops. What more could a blogger ask for. This day was truly special and memorable for me one that will never be forgotten. As I wanted a simplistic style I opted for my comfy Zara slashed hem and ripped jeans, a cute little bardot top, paired with my ever trusting PD sandals. Bodysuit Primark

If you have not noticed already I eloped on a little adventure to the Greek Island of Santorini. Luckily we avoided the peak season and nearly had this beautiful hotel all to ourselves, with no peeping tom neighbours and complete freedom. I came across this amazing bodysuit whilst in Primark and just had to have it. Worn with a pair of skinnies or cut of shorts this little number can be easily transformed into stylish beachwear attire.

A little piece heaven would be my only description of this amazing island. It subtle elegance and quaint villages are a travellers dream. Built on a active volcanic island and surrounding by a 400m lagoon caused by a large blast in the years BC. Its history is truly primary in origin. This island is memorising, picturesque and one that will always be close to my heart. Thank you Santorini for the most amazing holiday to date.

My adidas Superstar are my number one go to. Easy to style, practical and an amazing transitional piece for casual looks, they are always the first pair of trainers that come to mind when styling a comfy outfit. 

Paired with nude or primary colours for the cold London spring they are an effective way to bring an outfit to life. These Superstars have definitely had a productive transition from SS15 and are still a SS16 must have.
